CITYRAMA SHUTTLE TRANSFER = Maximum vehicle size: 9 seater Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter/Vito, Ford Transit, Seat Minivan, VW Passat) Cityrama provides this transfer service to customers arriving on the same flight, which guarantees no extra waiting time.
Shared transfer: we only wait for customers arriving with the same flight (=no extra waiting time)
I.) Arrival transfer: our colleagues at the office continuously check flight arrival times and in case of delays we are informed. Our drivers await clients:
airport: lobby area, after clients pick up luggage and clear customs Cityrama's driver is waiting with a NAME SIGN in the lobby area
train station: driver is waiting at the locomotive at arrival with a name sign
pier: driver is waiting in front of cruise ship and contacts reception of ship
II.) Departure transfer: our drivers look for clients at reception area at hotel Concierge/reception area, clients should wait with their voucher at lobby area at given pick up times:
airport transfer: 3 hours prior to flight departure
station/pier transfer: 1 hour prior departure
Important information: Cityrama Budapest does not charge any extras for early morning or late evening transfers
We provide each guest a complimentary welcome pack with city map, restaurant recommendations, event calendar etc
